HappyKeto • HappyKeto • Happy Keto • Happy Keto
I'll start at the end: I'm a high-tech person with 2 little girls, a crazy schedule, and an obsession with order and cleanliness who knows how to incorporate delicious and nutritious food into this crazy thing called life in no time. How?! I'd be happy to share and teach you.
I'm Anna, and I live "at a high pace," never resting for a minute, but mostly stubborn.
The stubbornness to not give up on things or choose something at the expense of something else. I just don't want to accept that statement. I believe that it is possible to achieve everything and enjoy the best of both worlds!

I live in Jaffa, married to Nitzan, and two lovely beauties named Shira and Roni made me a mother.
I studied design and for a decade I was a creative director at Wix, establishing and managing design teams in Israel and abroad and working with international clients.
I had a super interesting, fun, challenging and exciting time! You can imagine the hustle and bustle of a career couple with small children, a never-ending to-do list and only 24 hours in a day (how are there only 24 hours?!?! And who has time to sleep anyway?!). I decided that I was not willing to give up on my health and I had to figure out how in all this madness I manage to fit in exercise and healthy eating.
I began researching and learning about nutrition, mainly from forums, podcasts, articles, and lectures online, and I delved deeper and deeper.
I experimented with vegetarianism, veganism, paleo and keto. When I switched to a ketogenic diet I felt a change, I started losing weight and starting to feel better. I realized I had found my thing.
I learned in depth how to implement a low-carb diet in the correct and healthy way and, most importantly, what its health benefits are (and wow!)
While I was already familiar with the material, I did blood tests (after all, I was 40 and it was time for a home checkup) and to my surprise (shock/shock/motherfucker are more appropriate descriptions) I discovered that I am pre-diabetic and have high insulin resistance, that my cortisol (the stress hormone) is at Azrieli's level, and the change I am making is not some experiment or new hobby, but a real must, and this is my way of life from today on.
The ketogenic diet saved me from a serious illness. Quite by chance. In mid-life. How lucky.
Call it a "mid-40s crisis." I call it a "mid-40s evolution." I did a U-turn.
I quit my job and began dedicating myself entirely to researching the ketogenic diet, its benefits, and its application in everyday life (in a world that is not explicitly ketogenic). I transitioned the entire family to a low-carb diet (including 2 daughters, ages 6-10), began developing recipes (with an emphasis on ease and speed), giving lectures, and guiding people through the process of changing and transitioning to a ketogenic or paleo diet.
I am a big believer in a natural, low-carb diet. I have met dozens of people who, with the help of the diet, have lost (completely) weight and recovered from a variety of diseases.
And what amazes me most about this whole story: that it's right under our noses and that we can quite easily incorporate good nutrition as part of our daily routine with any schedule, no matter how busy and stressful it may be.
Or as they say: "If I can do it, anyone can!"
I would be happy to share and teach the simple principles that I have formulated and implemented.
So why choose if you can have both?!
Disclosure:
Annie is a doctor, not a nutritionist or therapist.
I gained a lot of knowledge from many sources, I tested, experimented, and was precise.
I have been on a low-carb diet for about a decade and have been following a ketogenic diet for about three years.
I have accompanied family members, friends and many other people and helped them transition to a low-carb diet (ketogenic or paleo). I have seen and experienced with them the incredible changes they have undergone and how the new lifestyle has benefited and is benefiting them. I have also seen and experienced with them the psychological and physical, personal and environmental challenges. From this experience I have developed and refined HAPPY KETO which is a home for ketogenic nutrition, joy and pleasure.
Greetings and welcome!
